Registration
What is the cost to register as a competitor?
Current pricing for registration can be found via the link on our main website page!
What Do I Receive With My Paid Entry Fee?
Each competitor will receive a registration to the Challenge, Complimentary LFC Cinch Bag, (1) Free Drink Ticket in the Beer Garden, & 20%-Off Coupon to Food Trucks!
Does The Event Have a Participant Limit?
Yes! Ingram Plaza at Liberty Station has strict capacity limits so make sure to register early and don’t get left on the sidelines!
Health & Training
Can Anyone Participate In The Challenge?
Yes! No matter what your fitness level is, you’ll find this challenge approachable and fun.
Do I Have To Train For The Challenge?
Nope! Come as you are and know that you can complete this challenge whether you workout once a year or once a day.
Are There Options Available If I Want To Train?
Absolutely! Our Director of Programming and Certified Coach Stephanie has mapped out a great 8-Week Training Plan that you can find here.
The Challenge
Is This an Individual or Team Challenge
This challenge will for the individual participant. That said, we will do our very best to to pair you in heats with your friends or fellow gym members!

What are Average Times to Complete Zone?
Each Zone will take Approximately 10-15 minutes to complete with a 500m run in between each zone. Overall time to complete will be between 40 minutes and 80 minutes.

Where Can I Find Directions & Parking Info?
The Event Location is above and parking will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis!
Do You Offer Options For Lodging?
Yes! Our two partner hotels, the Homewood Suites and Courtyard by Marriott at Liberty Station have discounted rooms available to book.
Do You Offer Gear Check?
We will be offering gear check for competitors during the challenge.
